What We Believe

FECG Statement of Faith

格蘭岱爾羅省基督教會採納如下的信仰宣言：

1. We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament as the inspired Word of God and completely inerrant in their original writings.  They are the ultimate and final authority in faith and Christian living.

我們相信整本新舊約聖經都是神所默示的，其原始的寫作是完全無誤的。聖經乃是信仰與基督徒生活至高而終極的權威。

2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  And the Father is the Almighty God who created and sustains the whole universe through the Son and in the Holy Spirit.

我們相信獨一真神，永存於聖父、聖子、聖靈三位當中。聖父乃是創造並藉聖子在聖靈中支撐整個宇宙的全能神。

3. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.  He was begotten of the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary.  He is true God and true man.  He was crucified, died and buried for the atonement of sin.  He rose again from the dead on the third day, and ascended bodily into heaven as our Priest and Advocate.  He will return bodily to earth.

我們相信耶穌基督是神的兒子。祂乃是由聖靈感孕、藉童女馬利亞所生。祂是完全的神也是完全的人。祂為了救贖世人的罪被釘十字架、受死、埋葬。三天以後祂又復活、升天，成為我們的祭司與辯護者。祂將再度回到世上。

4. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the triune Godhead.  He is the Comforter who guides and inspires us to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.  He leads and enlightens us in understanding God’s Word and He also guides and inspires our daily walk with God.

我們相信聖靈是三位一體真神中的第三個。祂是帶領感動我們接受耶穌基督為主與救主的安慰者。祂不但引領光照我們明白主的話語，並在我們每日與主同行中引導啟示我們。

5. We believe that humankind was created in the image of God.  Humankind sinned and fell, thereby incurring not only physical death but also that spiritual death which is separation from God.  All humankind is born with a sinful nature.

我們深信人類是照神的形像所造。人類犯罪墮落，因此導致不只是肉體的死亡，更是在靈性上與神隔絕的死亡。每一個人都有與生俱來的罪性。

6. We believe that all who repent of their sins and receive by faith Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord are born of the Holy Spirit and thereby become the children of God.

我們相信凡為自己的罪悔改，且以信心接受耶穌基督為救主與主的人，都是從聖靈而生，因此也都成為神的兒女。

7. We believe that the local church is the gathering of the redeemed believers on the earth in a certain locality and is a part of the universal church of God.  We believe in the principle of separation of Church and State, guaranteeing an individual’s freedom to choose one’s own faith.

我們相信地方教會(local church)是世界上某區域被贖信徒的聚集,也是神普世教會的一部份。我們相信政教分離的原則及其個人信仰自由的保障。

8. We believe that every redeemed believer is commissioned to witness and make disciples both locally and worldwide.

我們相信每個信徒都奉差在本地及世界各地作見証及造就門徒。

9. We believe that every redeemed believer is to be light and salt of the earth.  Thus, he/she should lead a life that demonstrates, upholds, and aids the welfare and justice of society.

我們相信每個被贖的信徒都要在世上作鹽作光，信徒的生活型態要能證實、確保並有助於社會的福祉與公義。 

10. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the believer and of the non-believer, and in the everlasting blessedness of the believer and the everlasting conscious punishment of the non-believer.

我們相信信徒與非信徒的身體復活，對信徒永久的福份及非信徒在意識上永久的懲罰。
